Yes, we do actually have machines that can insert all kinds of different materials (envelopes, reply cards, letters, etc.) into a #10 envelope all the way up to a 6 x 9 envelope. I know technical specifications are not all that exciting so I'll keep it easy. We can insert up to 6 different pieces into an envelope and seal the envelope, all in the same pass! Our machines run at approximately 10,000 completed envelopes per hour. The cost is only pennies per piece!

The best part about inserting on the machine is the cleanliness. No Koolaid or chocolate fingerprints, just nice clean envelopes. You get a professional look without the manual labor.
